Bill Title: Amends the Community-Integrated Living Arrangements Licensure and Certification Act. Provides that the General Assembly finds that Illinois consumers have a right to access information about the quality of care provided in Illinois community-integrated living arrangements in order to make better decisions about their choice of community-integrated living arrangement.
