Bill Title: Amends the Covering ALL KIDS Health Insurance Act. Provides that the Auditor General shall cause an audit to be made of the Program on or before June 30, 2022 and every 3 years thereafter (rather than annually). Repeals provisions providing for repeal of the Act on October 1, 2019. Effective immediately.
