Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Controlled Substances Act. Deletes provision that a prescription for a Schedule II controlled substance shall not be issued for more than a 30 day supply, except as otherwise provided in the dispensing provisions, and shall be valid for up to 90 days after the date of issuance. Effective immediately.
