Bill Title: Reinserts the provisions of the introduced bill with the following changes: Provides that a member of a limited liability company with power to bind the corporation (rather than only a member of a limited liability company) may appear at an administrative hearing for the limited liability company. Removes a reference to a person with a Master of Laws degree from being able to appear for a corporation or limited liability company at an administrative hearing.
