Bill Title: Amends the Freedom of Information Act. Provides that notwithstanding any other provision of the Act, all certificates of nomination and nomination papers when presented or filed under the Election Code shall be open to public inspection as provided in the Election Code. Provides that the State Board of Elections and the several election authorities and local election officials having charge of certificates of nomination and nomination papers shall make the certificates of nomination and nomination papers available to the public as provided in the Election Code.
