Bill Title: Amends provisions of the Uniform Disposition of Unclaimed Property Act requiring, under specified circumstances, the holder of property presumed abandoned to mail, at least 60 days before the deadline for filing the holder's annual report, a letter to the owner at the owner's last known address setting forth the provisions necessary to prevent abandonment from being presumed. Requires the letter to be sent by certified mail rather than first class mail.
