Summary

Appropriates the following sums from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services: (1) for addiction prevention and related services, $12,718,600; (2) for costs associated with community based addiction treatment for Medicaid eligible and KidCare clients, including prior year costs, $70,334,900; and (3) for costs associated with community based addiction treatment services, $135,999,700. Effective July 1, 2009.
