Summary

Amends the Department of Transportation Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Provides that the Department of Transportation shall create a website by which motorists in the State may report potholes, roadway maintenance issues, and other roadway dangers. Provides that the reports shall be forwarded to the appropriate Department district or unit of local government. Provides that the Department shall adopt rules concerning what information shall be required in reports to the website.
