Summary

Reinserts the provisions of the introduced bill with changes. Modifies the membership of the Immigration Task Force. Provides that the Department of Human Services (currently, the Department of Human Services and the Department of Human Rights), in consultation with any other State agency relevant to the issue of immigration in this State, shall provide administrative and other support to the Task Force. Adds to the number of issues required to be examined by the Task Force. Effective immediately.
