Summary

Reinserts the provisions of the engrossed bill with the following changes. Provides that a craft distiller warehouse permit may be issued to the holder of a class 1 craft distiller or class 2 craft distiller (instead of a craft distiller premises) license. Provides that a distributor's license shall allow the sale of vermouth to class 1 craft distillers and class 2 craft distillers that sell spirits, vermouth, or both spirits and vermouth to non-licensees at their distilleries. Adds an immediate effective date.
