Summary

Amends the General Not For Profit Corporation Act of 1986. Authorizes the ownership and operation of a medical practice as part of a comprehensive hemophilia diagnostic treatment center, as authorized under Section 501(a)(2) of the Social Security Act. Effective immediately.
