AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2408, AS AMENDED,
with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
2, on page 188, line 24, by replacing "Agency;" with "Agency;
and"; and
on page 188, line 26, by replacing "annually; and" with
"annually."; and
on page 189, by deleting lines 1 through 4; and
on page 189, line 23, by replacing "$200,000,000" with
"$180,000,000"; and
on page 190, line 18, by replacing "$200,000,000" with
"$180,000,000"; and
on page 191, line 9, by replacing "$200,000,000" with

and

the emissions reduction requirement is not achieved by
December 31, 2035, the plant shall retire one or more units or
otherwise reduce its CO2e emissions by 45% from existing
emissions by June 30, 2038.".
