AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2246
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2246 as follows:
on page 1, by replacing lines 8 and 9 with the following:
"entity. Notwithstanding Section 15-7 of this Code and no later
than one year after the effective date of this amendatory Act
of the 100th General Assembly, township land commissioners or
trustees of schools in counties with a population between
113,500 and 114,500 as of the last preceding federal decennial
census that have title to".
