| 1 | AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2164

| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2164 on page 2, | ||||||
| 3 | line 26, after "Code.", by inserting "A student participating | ||||||
| 4 | in an agrarian-related activity may also be transported in a | ||||||
| 5 | second division pick-up truck registered under paragraph 7 of | ||||||
| 6 | subsection (b) of Section 3-808.1. For purposes of this | ||||||
| 7 | subsection, "pick-up truck" means a truck weighing 12,000 | ||||||
| 8 | pounds or less with an enclosed cabin that can seat up to 6 | ||||||
| 9 | passengers with seatbelts, including the driver, and an open | ||||||
| 10 | cargo area."; and
