| 1 | AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1410

| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1410 on page 4, | ||||||
| 3 | line 17, by replacing "30" with "90"; and
| ||||||
| 4 | on page 4, line 25, after the period, by inserting "If the fire | ||||||
| 5 | protection district is not entitled to payment of the amount | ||||||
| 6 | stated in the written demand, the fire protection district | ||||||
| 7 | shall be responsible to reimburse the municipality for all | ||||||
| 8 | costs incurred by the municipality in disputing the claim, | ||||||
| 9 | including, but not limited to, reasonable legal fees and court | ||||||
| 10 | costs.".
