| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 337, AS AMENDED, in | ||||||
| 3 | Section 15-5, in subsection (b) of Sec. 3, by deleting

| 4 | "A transferee shall not be criminally liable under this Section | ||||||
| 5 | provided that he or she provides the Department of State Police | ||||||
| 6 | with the transfer records in accordance with procedures | ||||||
| 7 | established by the Department. The Department shall establish, | ||||||
| 8 | by rule, a standard form on its website.".
