AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4226
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4226 as follows:
on page 10, by replacing lines 17 through 22 with the
following:
"The district superintendent or the superintendent's
designee in the case of a public elementary or secondary
school, the chief school administrator or that person's
designee in the case of a charter school, or the appropriate";
and
on page 13, by replacing lines 3 through 8 with the following:
"subsection (h) to the district superintendent or the
superintendent's designee in the case of a public elementary or
secondary school, the chief school administrator or that
person's designee in the case of a charter school, or the"; and
on page 14, by replacing lines 5 through 11 with the following:

"(3) approved by the district superintendent or the
superintendent's designee in the case of a public
elementary or secondary school, the chief school
administrator or that person's designee in the case of a
charter school, or the appropriate administrative
