AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3190
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3190, AS AMENDED,
with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
2, on page 2, by replacing lines 2 through 6 with the
following:
"(b) The disposal by incineration of any perfluoroalkyl
and polyfluoroalkyl substance, including, but not limited to,
aqueous film forming foam, is prohibited in Illinois. The
Agency may adopt any rules or regulations it deems necessary
in order to carry out the provisions of this Section.".
