AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2823 on page 9, line
8, by replacing "note" with "note held in the State treasury";
and
on page 9, line 12, by replacing "Authority" with "Authority,
but not to exceed the amount owed to the State due to the
default".
