AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2376
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2376 on page 2,
lines 24 and 25, by changing "Labor" each time it appears to
"Employment Security"; and
on page 5, by replacing lines 4 and 5 with the following:
"relevant information or records so long as an individual
consents to the disclosure"; and
on page 7, by replacing lines 19 through 22 with the following:
"federal laws. Disclosure of this"; and
on page 12, line 3, by deleting "of Labor".
