2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1579 on page 4, line | ||||||
3 | 20, by inserting after the period the following: | ||||||
4 | " Neither the physician, clinical psychologist, qualified | ||||||
5 | examiner, or his or her employer shall be held criminally, | ||||||
6 | civilly, or professionally liable for performing a mental | ||||||
7 | health examination under this subsection (5), except for | ||||||
8 | willful or wanton misconduct. ".
