| 1 | AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1579

| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1579 on page 4, line | ||||||
| 3 | 20, by inserting after the period the following: | ||||||
| 4 | "Neither the physician, clinical psychologist, qualified | ||||||
| 5 | examiner, or his or her employer shall be held criminally, | ||||||
| 6 | civilly, or professionally liable for performing a mental | ||||||
| 7 | health examination under this subsection (5), except for | ||||||
| 8 | willful or wanton misconduct.".
