AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1579
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1579 on page 9, by
replacing lines 4 through 6 with the following:
"conduct under paragraph (3) of subsection (a) involving a
false alarm of a threat that a bomb or explosive device has
been placed in a school that requires an emergency response
to"; and
on page 9, line 16, by inserting "(3.5) or" after "paragraph";
and
on page 9, line 20, by inserting "(3.5) or" after "paragraph".
