AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 691
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 691, AS AMENDED,
with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment
No. 3, on page 24, line 13, by replacing "4.5% 4.25%" with
"4.25%"; and
on page 24, line 14, after "2009", by inserting "and to no more
than 4.5% of that amount as of the billing month following the
expected date that a new utility-scale offshore wind project
commences commercial operations and is expected to begin
delivering power to the PJM Interconnection, LLC transmission
grid. The new-offshore utility-scale wind project must provide
notice of the expected commercial operation date to the
Illinois Power Agency and each electric utility at least 90
days prior to commencing commercial operation and delivering
power to the PJM Interconnection, LLC transmission grid".
