AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 458 on page 8, line
11, after "trial", by inserting "for 30 days or longer"; and
on page 8, line 12, after "charges", by inserting ", but did
not result in a conviction for a lesser included offense"; and
on page 10, line 13, after "trial", by inserting "for 30 days
or longer"; and
on page 10, line 14, after "convicted", by inserting "of any of
the charged offenses or a lesser included offense"; and
on page 10, line 16, after "trial", by inserting "for 30 days
or longer".
