Bill Title: Adds to existing law to provide that it shall be unlawful for a brewer to have a financial interest in the business of a dealer or wholesaler of beer, to provide limited exceptions and to provide that it shall be unlawful for a dealer or wholesaler of beer to have a financial interest in the business of a brewer.
