REPORT.
The

of
agriculture

land
stewardship
shall
prepare

report
regarding
agricultural
drainage
wells
that
have
not

closed
as
provided
in
chapter
460.
The
report
shall

include
an
inventory
of
agricultural
drainage
wells
that
remain

unclosed,
a
projected
timeline
for
closing
the
agricultural

drainage
wells,
and
an
estimate
of
the
costs
for
closing
each

agricultural
drainage
well.
The
department
shall
submit
the

report
to
the
governor
and
fiscal
services
division
of
the

legislative
services
agency
not
later
than
November
