COOPERATION
AS
A
CONDITION
OF
ELIGIBILITY.
The

department
of
human
services
shall
require,
as
a
condition
of

eligibility
for
the
supplemental
nutrition
assistance
program,

that
an
individual
who
is
a
delinquent
child
support
obligor
5
cooperate
with
the
child
support
recovery
unit
in
establishing
6
and
enforcing
a
child
support
order
pursuant
to
7
C.F.R.

§273.11(o)
and
(p).
