minimum

speed
of
greater
than

or
equal
to
twenty-five
megabits
per
second
but

than
fifty

second.

(3)
“Tier
3”
means
a
minimum
download
speed
of
greater
than

or

to
fifty
megabits
per
second
but
less
than
eighty

megabits
per
second.

Any
geographic

department
of
management

service

and
replacements
unrelated
to
new

construction
for
which
the
cost
is
two
hundred
fifty
thousand

dollars
or
more,
new
construction,
infrastructure

development,
equipment,
or
information
technology.
“Capital

project”
includes

acquisition
and
projects
that
extend
the

Department
of
management.

The
department
of
management
is
created,
which
is
directly

attached
to
the
office
of
the
governor
and
under
the
general

direction,
supervision,
and
control
of
the
governor.
The

office
is
in
immediate
charge
of
an
officer
to
be
known

as
“the
director”,
who
shall
be
appointed
by
the
governor,

subject
to
confirmation
by
the
senate,
and
shall
hold
office

at
the
governor’s
pleasure
and
shall
receive
a
salary
as
set

by
the
governor.
The
director
may
establish,
abolish,
and

consolidate
divisions
within
the
department

management
