A person shall not engage in the practice of medicine 4 and surgery, podiatry, osteopathic medicine and surgery, 5 genetic counseling, psychology, chiropractic, physical 6 therapy, physical therapist assisting, nursing, dentistry, 7 dental hygiene, dental assisting, optometry, speech pathology, 8 audiology, occupational therapy, occupational therapy 9 assisting, orthotics, prosthetics, pedorthics, respiratory 10 care, pharmacy, cosmetology arts and sciences, barbering, 11 social work, dietetics, applied behavior analysis, marital 12 and family therapy or mental health counseling, massage 13 therapy, mortuary science, polysomnography, athletic training, 14 acupuncture, nursing home administration, or sign language 15 interpreting or transliterating, or shall not practice as a 16 physician assistant or a hearing aid specialist, unless the 17 person has obtained a license for that purpose from the board 18 for the profession. 19 Sec. 4. Section 147.13, subsection 11, Code 2020, is amended 20 to read as follows: 21 11. For cosmetology arts and sciences, the board of 22 barbering and cosmetology arts and sciences. 23 Sec. 5. Section 147.13, subsection 12, Code 2020, is amended 24 by striking the subsection. 25 Sec. 6. Section 147.14, subsection 1, paragraphs a and n, 26 Code 2020, are amended by striking the paragraphs. 27 Sec. 7. Section 147.14, subsection 1, Code 2020, is amended 28 by adding the following new paragraph: 29 NEW PARAGRAPH . x. For barbering and cosmetology arts and 30 sciences, three members who are licensed cosmetologists; two 31 members who are licensed to practice barbering and hairstyling; 32 one member who is a licensed electrologist or esthetician; one 33 member who is a licensed nail technologist; one member who 34 is a licensed instructor of cosmetology arts and sciences or 35 -2- LSB 6350SV (1) 88 ss/lh 2/ 15
S.F. 2365 hairstyling at a public or private school and who does not 1 own a school of cosmetology arts and sciences; and one member 2 who is not licensed to practice barbering and hairstyling 3 or licensed in other practices of the cosmetology arts and 4 sciences and who shall represent the general public. 5 Sec. 8. Section 147.76, Code 2020, is amended to read as 6 follows: 7 147.76 Rules. 8 The boards for the various professions shall adopt all 9 necessary and proper rules to administer and interpret this 10 chapter and chapters 148 through 158 157 , except chapter 148D . 11 Sec. 9. Section 148A.3, subsection 1, Code 2020, is amended 12 to read as follows: 13 1. Licensed physicians and surgeons, osteopathic physicians 14 and surgeons, podiatric physicians, chiropractors, nurses, 15 dentists, cosmetologists, and barbers barber-hairstylists , who 16 are engaged in the practice of their respective professions. 17 Sec. 10. Section 157.1, Code 2020, is amended by adding the 18 following new subsections: 19 NEW SUBSECTION . 001. “Barber-hairstylist” means a person 20 who performs the practice of barbering and hairstyling. 21 NEW SUBSECTION . 01. “Barbering” means the practices listed 22 in this subsection performed with or without compensation. 23 “Barbering” includes but is not limited to the following 24 practices performed upon the upper part of the human body of 25 any person for cosmetic purposes and not for the treatment of 26 disease or physical or mental ailments: 27 a. Shaving or trimming the beard or cutting the hair. 28 b. Giving facial and scalp massages or treatments with oils, 29 creams, lotions, or other preparations either by hand, or by 30 electrical or mechanical appliances. 31 c. Singeing, shampooing, hair body processing, curling, 32 blow waving, hair relaxing, bleaching or coloring the hair, or 33 applying hair tonics. 34 d. Applying cosmetic preparations, antiseptics, powders, 35 -3- LSB 6350SV (1) 88 ss/lh 3/ 15
S.F. 2365 oils, clays, waxes, or lotions to the scalp, face, or neck. 1 e. Styling, cutting, or shampooing hairpieces or wigs when 2 done in conjunction with haircutting or hairstyling. 3 f. Shaving or trimming a beard with a straight edge razor. 4 NEW SUBSECTION . 14A. “Hairstyling” means curling, waving, 5 press and curl hair straightening, shampooing, cutting, 6 singeing, bleaching, coloring, or similar works, upon the hair 7 on the head of any person, or upon a wig or hairpiece when done 8 in conjunction with haircutting or styling by any means. 9 Sec. 11. Section 157.1, subsection 1, Code 2020, is amended 10 to read as follows: 11 1. “Board” means the board of barbering and cosmetology arts 12 and sciences. 13 Sec. 12. Section 157.1, subsection 4, Code 2020, is amended 14 to read as follows: 15 4. “Cosmetologist” means a person who performs the practice 16 of cosmetology , or otherwise by the person’s occupation claims 17 to have knowledge or skill particular to the practice of 18 cosmetology . Cosmetologists shall not represent themselves to 19 the public as being primarily in the practice of haircutting 20 unless that function is, in fact, their primary specialty. 21 Sec. 13. Section 157.1, subsection 5, paragraph a, Code 22 2020, is amended to read as follows: 23 a. Arranging, braiding, dressing, curling, waving, press 24 and curl hair straightening, shampooing, cutting, singeing, 25 bleaching, coloring, or similar works, upon the hair of any 26 person, or upon a wig or hairpiece when done in conjunction 27 with haircutting or hairstyling by any means Hairstyling . 28 Sec. 14. Section 157.1, subsection 5, paragraph b, Code 29 2020, is amended by striking the paragraph and inserting in 30 lieu thereof the following: 31 b. Esthetics. 32 Sec. 15. Section 157.1, subsection 5, paragraphs c and d, 33 Code 2020, are amended by striking the paragraphs. 34 Sec. 16. Section 157.1, subsection 5, paragraph e, Code 35 -4- LSB 6350SV (1) 88 ss/lh 4/ 15

Section 157.1, subsection 5, Code 2020, is amended 4 by adding the following new paragraphs: 5 NEW PARAGRAPH . f. Shaving or trimming the beard with a 6 straight edge razor or cutting the hair. 7 NEW PARAGRAPH . g. Barbering-hairstyling. 8 Sec. 18. Section 157.1, subsection 6, paragraph e, Code 9 2020, is amended by striking the paragraph. 10 Sec. 19. Section 157.1, subsection 18, Code 2020, is amended 11 to read as follows: 12 18. “Manicuring” means the practice of cleansing, shaping, 13 or polishing the fingernails and massaging the hands and lower 14 arms of a person. “Manicuring” does not include the application 15 of sculptured nails or nail extensions to the fingernails or 16 toenails of a person, and does not include the practice of 17 pedicuring. 18 Sec. 20. Section 157.1, subsection 19, Code 2020, is amended 19 by striking the subsection. 20 Sec. 21. Section 157.2, subsection 1, paragraphs b and h, 21 Code 2020, are amended by striking the paragraphs. 22 Sec. 22. Section 157.2, subsection 1, Code 2020, is amended 23 by adding the following new paragraph: 24 NEW PARAGRAPH . j. Persons committed to the custody of the 25 director of the department of corrections who cut the hair 26 or trim or shave the beard of any other person committed to 27 the custody of the director of the department of corrections 28 without receiving direct compensation from the person receiving 29 the service. 30 Sec. 23. Section 157.2, subsection 2, Code 2020, is amended 31 to read as follows: 32 2. Cosmetologists shall not represent themselves to the 33 public as electrologists, estheticians, or nail technologists 34 unless the cosmetologist has completed the additional course of 35 -5- LSB 6350SV (1) 88 ss/lh 5/ 15
S.F. 2365 study for the respective practice as prescribed by the board 1 pursuant to section 157.10 . 2 Sec. 24. Section 157.2, subsection 3, Code 2020, is amended 3 by striking the subsection. 4 Sec. 25. Section 157.3, subsection 2, Code 2020, is amended 5 to read as follows: 6 2. Notwithstanding subsection 1 and sections 147.44, 7 147.48, and 147.49 , a person who completes the application 8 form prescribed by the board and who submits satisfactory 9 proof of having been licensed in a practice of the cosmetology 10 arts and sciences in another state for at least twelve months 11 in the twenty-four month period preceding the submission of 12 the application shall be allowed to take the examination for 13 granted a license to practice the appropriate practice of 14 the cosmetology arts and sciences. However, the examination 15 requirement shall be waived for those persons who submit 16 evidence of licensure in another state which has a reciprocal 17 agreement with the state of Iowa under sections 147.44 , 147.48 , 18 and 147.49 . 19 Sec. 26. Section 157.3, Code 2020, is amended by adding the 20 following new subsections: 21 NEW SUBSECTION . 3. The board shall adopt rules for the 22 licensure of persons who perform the practice of barbering 23 and hairstyling. A barber-hairstylist licensed pursuant to 24 this subsection shall not practice any cosmetology art or 25 science other than barbering or hairstyling. Nothing in 26 this subsection shall restrict the practice of barbering or 27 hairstyling by a cosmetologist. 28 NEW SUBSECTION . 4. Notwithstanding subsection 1, a person 29 who completes the application form prescribed by the board 30 and who completes a barbering apprenticeship training program 31 registered by the office of apprenticeship of the United States 32 department of labor while committed to the custody of the 33 director of the Iowa department of corrections shall be allowed 34 to take the barber-hairstylist license examination to practice 35 -6- LSB 6350SV (1) 88 ss/lh 6/ 15
S.F. 2365 barbering and hairstyling. 1 Sec. 27. Section 157.7, subsection 1, Code 2020, is amended 2 to read as follows: 3 1. The department of inspections and appeals shall 4 employ personnel pursuant to chapter 8A, subchapter IV , to 5 perform duties related to inspection functions under this 6 chapter . The department of inspections and appeals shall, when 7 possible, integrate inspection efforts under this chapter with 8 inspections conducted under chapter 158 . 9 Sec. 28. Section 157.8, subsection 2, paragraph c, Code 10 2020, is amended by striking the paragraph. 11 Sec. 29. Section 157.8, subsection 3, paragraph c, Code 12 2020, is amended to read as follows: 13 c. A person employed as an instructor in the cosmetology 14 arts and sciences by a licensed school shall be licensed in 15 the practice and shall possess a separate instructor’s license 16 which shall be renewed biennially. An instructor shall file 17 an application with the department on forms prescribed by the 18 board. Requirements for licensure as an instructor shall be 19 determined by the board by rule. The board shall not require 20 an applicant for licensure as an instructor to obtain any 21 additional training hours beyond the hours required for a 22 license to practice cosmetology arts and sciences in order to 23 receive an instructor’s license. 24 Sec. 30. Section 157.8, Code 2020, is amended by adding the 25 following new subsection: 26 NEW SUBSECTION . 4. A school of barbering or cosmetology 27 arts and sciences on the effective date of this Act may seek 28 and obtain a license to provide instruction in any or all of 29 the cosmetology arts and sciences. 30 Sec. 31. Section 157.9, Code 2020, is amended to read as 31 follows: 32 157.9 License suspension and revocation. 33 Any license issued by the department under the provisions 34 of this chapter may be suspended, revoked, or renewal denied 35 -7- LSB 6350SV (1) 88 ss/lh 7/ 15
S.F. 2365 by the board for violation of any provision of this chapter 1 or chapter 158 or rules promulgated by the board under the 2 provisions of chapter 17A . 3 Sec. 32. Section 157.10, subsections 1 and 3, Code 2020, are 4 amended to read as follows: 5 1. a. The course of study required for licensure for the 6 practice of cosmetology shall be two one thousand one eight 7 hundred clock hours, or seventy the equivalent number of 8 semester credit hours or the equivalent thereof as determined 9 pursuant to administrative rule and regulations promulgated 10 by the United States department of education. The clock 11 hours, and equivalent number of semester credit hours or the 12 equivalent thereof as determined pursuant to administrative 13 rule and regulations promulgated by the United States 14 department of education, of a course of study required for 15 licensure for the practices of electrology, esthetics, nail 16 technology, manicuring razoring and shaving , and pedicuring 17 eyelash technology shall be established by the board. The 18 board shall adopt rules to define the course and content of 19 study for each practice of cosmetology arts and sciences. 20 b. The course of study required for licensure which is 21 limited to the practice of esthetics shall be six hundred 22 hours. 23 c. The course of study required for licensure which is 24 limited to the practice of nail technology shall be three 25 hundred twenty-five hours. 26 3. A barber licensed under chapter 158 , barber-hairstylist, 27 or a student in a barber school who applies for licensure in 28 a practice of cosmetology arts and sciences or who enrolls in 29 a school of cosmetology arts and sciences shall be granted, 30 at the discretion of the school, at least half credit and 31 up to full credit for each course successfully completed for 32 licensure as a barber or barber-hairstylist which meets the 33 requirements for licensure in a practice of cosmetology arts 34 and sciences. 35 -8- LSB 6350SV (1) 88 ss/lh 8/ 15

NEW SECTION . 157.10A Course of study —— barbering 1 and hairstyling. 2 The course of study required for a license to practice 3 barbering and hairstyling shall be one thousand five hundred 4 hours, or the equivalent number of semester credit hours or the 5 equivalent thereof as determined pursuant to administrative 6 rules and regulations of the United States department of 7 education, which shall include training on the use of a 8 straight edge razor. Nothing in this section shall restrict 9 the practice of barbering or hairstyling by a cosmetologist. 10 Sec. 34. Section 157.12, Code 2020, is amended to read as 11 follows: 12 157.12 Supervisors. 13 A person who directly supervises the work of practitioners 14 of cosmetology arts and sciences shall be licensed in the 15 practice supervised or a barber licensed under section 158.3 . 16 Sec. 35. Section 157.13, subsection 1, unnumbered paragraph 17 1, Code 2020, is amended to read as follows: 18 It is unlawful for a person to employ an individual to 19 practice cosmetology arts and sciences unless that individual 20 is licensed or has obtained a temporary permit under this 21 chapter . It is unlawful for a licensee to practice with or 22 without compensation in any place other than a licensed salon, 23 or a licensed school of barbering or cosmetology arts and 24 sciences , or a licensed barbershop as defined in section 158.1 . 25 The following exceptions to this subsection shall apply: 26 Sec. 36. Section 261.9, subsection 3, paragraph b, Code 27 2020, is amended to read as follows: 28 b. Is a barber school licensed under section 158.7 or 29 a school of barbering or cosmetology arts and sciences 30 licensed under chapter 157 and is accredited by a national 31 accrediting agency recognized by the United States department 32 of education. For the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2017, 33 an eligible institution under this paragraph shall provide a 34 matching aggregate amount of institutional financial aid equal 35 -9- LSB 6350SV (1) 88 ss/lh 9/ 15
S.F. 2365 to at least seventy-five percent of the amount received by 1 the institution’s students for Iowa tuition grant assistance 2 under section 261.16A . For the fiscal year beginning July 3 1, 2018, the institution shall provide a matching aggregate 4 amount of institutional financial aid equal to at least 5 eighty-five percent of the amount received in that fiscal year. 6 Commencing with the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2019, and 7 each succeeding fiscal year, the matching aggregate amount of 8 institutional financial aid shall be at least equal to the 9 match provided by eligible institutions under paragraph “a” . 10 Sec. 37. Section 261B.11, subsection 1, paragraph i, Code 11 2020, is amended to read as follows: 12 i. Postsecondary educational institutions licensed by 13 the state of Iowa under section 157.8 or 158.7 chapter 157 14 to operate as schools of cosmetology arts and sciences or as 15 barber schools in the state. 16 Sec. 38. Section 272C.1, subsection 6, paragraph g, Code 17 2020, is amended to read as follows: 18 g. The board of barbering and cosmetology arts and sciences , 19 created pursuant to chapter 147 . 20 Sec. 39. Section 272C.1, subsection 6, paragraph i, Code 21 2020, is amended by striking the paragraph. 22 Sec. 40. Section 714.18, subsection 2, unnumbered paragraph 23 1, Code 2020, is amended to read as follows: 24 A school licensed under the provisions of section 157.8 or 25 158.7 shall file with the college student aid commission the 26 following: 27 Sec. 41. Section 714.25, subsection 2, unnumbered paragraph 28 1, Code 2020, is amended to read as follows: 29 A proprietary school shall, prior to the time a student 30 is obligated for payment of any moneys, inform the student, 31 the college student aid commission, and in the case of a 32 school licensed under section 157.8 , the board of barbering 33 and cosmetology arts and sciences or in the case of a school 34 licensed under section 158.7 , the board of barbering, of all 35 -10- LSB 6350SV (1) 88 ss/lh 10/ 15
S.F. 2365 of the following: 1 Sec. 42. REPEAL. Chapter 158, Code 2020, is repealed. 2 Sec. 43. EMERGENCY RULES. The board of cosmetology arts 3 and sciences, board of barbering, and board of barbering and 4 cosmetology arts and sciences may adopt emergency rules under 5 section 17A.4, subsection 3, and section 17A.5, subsection 2, 6 paragraph “b”, to implement the provisions of this Act and 7 the rules shall be effective immediately upon filing unless 8 a later date is specified in the rules. Any rules adopted 9 in accordance with this section shall also be published as a 10 notice of intended action as provided in section 17A.4. 11 Sec. 44. TRANSITION PROVISIONS. 12 1. a. The merger of the boards of barbering and cosmetology 13 arts and sciences in this Act shall not affect the appointment 14 or any term of office of a member of either board prior to the 15 effective date of this Act. A member of the board of barbering 16 or the board of cosmetology arts and sciences shall continue to 17 serve until the member’s term expires or the member ceases to 18 hold office, whichever first occurs. 19 b. The initial membership of the board of barbering and 20 cosmetology arts and sciences shall consist of all members 21 of the boards of barbering and cosmetology arts and sciences 22 serving on the effective date of this Act. 23 2. A rule adopted by the board of cosmetology arts and 24 sciences or board of barbering that is in force and effect 25 immediately prior to the effective date of this Act shall 26 continue in full force and effect until the earlier of the 27 following: 28 a. The rule is amended, rescinded, or supplemented by the 29 affirmative action of the board of barbering and cosmetology 30 arts and sciences. 31 b. The rule expires by its own terms. 32 3. Any license or permit issued by the board of cosmetology 33 arts and sciences or board of barbering in effect on the 34 effective date of this Act shall continue in full force and 35 -11- LSB 6350SV (1) 88 ss/lh 11/ 15
S.F. 2365 effect until expiration or renewal. A location licensed as a 1 barber school as of the effective date of this Act shall be 2 considered to be a licensed school of cosmetology arts and 3 sciences and shall be issued a license to operate as a school 4 of cosmetology arts and sciences upon the expiration of the 5 location’s license to operate as a barber school. A location 6 licensed to operate as a barbershop as of the effective date of 7 this Act shall be considered to be a licensed salon and shall 8 be issued a salon license upon the expiration of the location’s 9 barbershop license. 10 4. Any funds in any account or fund of the board of 11 cosmetology arts and sciences or board of barbering shall 12 be transferred to the control of the board of barbering and 13 cosmetology arts and sciences. 14 5. Any cause of action, statute of limitation, or 15 administrative action relating to or initiated by the board of 16 cosmetology arts and sciences or board of barbering shall not 17 be affected as a result of this Act and shall apply to the board 18 of barbering and cosmetology arts and sciences. 19 6. All client and organizational files in the possession 20 of the board of cosmetology arts and sciences or board of 21 barbering shall become the property of the board of barbering 22 and cosmetology arts and sciences. 23 7. Any personnel in the state merit system of employment who 24 are mandatorily transferred due to the effect of this Act shall 25 be transferred without any loss in salary, benefits, or accrued 26 years of service. 27 8. A person licensed as a barber as of the effective date 28 of this Act shall be considered to be a person licensed to 29 practice barbering and hairstyling. Such a license shall 30 permit such a person to continue to practice barbering as 31 provided in chapter 158, Code 2020. 32 9. A person currently enrolled in a barbering school in a 33 course of study requiring at least two thousand one hundred 34 hours of instruction must complete the course of study by 35 -12- LSB 6350SV (1) 88 ss/lh 12/ 15

Each school of cosmetology arts and sciences 1 shall offer a course of study in barbering and hairstyling by 2 January 1, 2021. 3 EXPLANATION 4 The inclusion of this explanation does not constitute agreement with 5 the explanation’s substance by the members of the general assembly. 6 This bill relates to the practices of barbering and 7 cosmetology. The bill merges the boards of cosmetology 8 arts and sciences and barbering into the board of barbering 9 and cosmetology arts and sciences, repeals Code chapter 10 158 governing barbering, and makes conforming changes. The 11 bill gives the board of barbering and cosmetology arts and 12 sciences all of the powers and responsibilities of the prior 13 boards. The bill provides that the current members of the 14 boards of barbering and cosmetology arts and sciences shall 15 become members of the merged board until those members’ terms 16 otherwise expire or the members are otherwise replaced. The 17 bill also provides that the current rules of both boards shall 18 remain in effect until the board of barbering and cosmetology 19 arts and sciences amends, rescinds, or supplements the rules, 20 or the rules expire by their own terms. The bill grants the 21 board of barbering, the board of cosmetology arts and sciences, 22 and the board of barbering and cosmetology arts and sciences 23 emergency rulemaking authority to implement the provisions of 24 the bill. The bill also provides other transition provisions, 25 including but not limited to the transitioning of current 26 licenses held under Code chapter 158 to new licenses under Code 27 chapter 157 upon the expiration of the current licenses. 28 The bill changes the definition of “cosmetology” by 29 removing arranging, braiding, and dressing of hair from 30 the definition. The bill adds esthetics, hairstyling, nail 31 technology, barbering, and shaving or trimming facial hair 32 with a straight razor to the practices encompassed within the 33 definition of “cosmetology” and removes from the definition of 34 “cosmetology” treatments performed upon the hair or wig of a 35 -13- LSB 6350SV (1) 88 ss/lh 13/ 15
S.F. 2365 person, the removal of superfluous hair, the application of 1 makeup or eyelashes, the tinting or lightening of facial or 2 body hair, and certain nail treatments. The bill strikes from 3 the definition of “cosmetologist” language relating to persons 4 who claim by the persons’ occupation to have knowledge or skill 5 particular to the practice of cosmetology. 6 The bill changes the definition of “manicuring” by removing 7 the exclusion of the application of sculpted nails or nail 8 extensions and pedicuring from the definition. The bill 9 also removes manicuring and pedicuring from the definition 10 of “cosmetology arts and sciences”. The bill also adds a 11 definition for “hairstyling.” 12 The bill excludes from the definition of the practice of 13 cosmetology arts and sciences a person committed to the custody 14 of the director of the department of corrections who cuts 15 the hair or shaves the beard of another such person without 16 receiving direct compensation from the person receiving the 17 service. 18 The bill removes a prohibition on licensed cosmetologists 19 practicing the removal of skin using a razor-edged instrument. 20 The bill requires the board to allow a person who has 21 completed an approved barbering apprenticeship training 22 program while in the custody of the director of the department 23 of corrections to take the exam to practice barbering and 24 hairstyling. 25 The bill also sets the training requirements for a license to 26 practice esthetics to 600 hours and the training requirements 27 for a license to practice manicuring to 325 hours. 28 The bill prohibits the board from requiring an applicant for 29 licensure as an instructor of cosmetology arts and sciences to 30 obtain any additional training hours beyond those required to 31 receive a license to practice cosmetology arts and sciences to 32 receive the license. 33 The bill allows an existing school of barbering or 34 cosmetology arts and sciences to seek and obtain a license to 35 -14- LSB 6350SV (1) 88 ss/lh 14/ 15
S.F. 2365 instruct any or all of the cosmetology arts and sciences. 1 The bill sets the course of study for a license to practice 2 cosmetology to 1,800 clock hours, or the equivalent, removes 3 manicuring and pedicuring from the required curriculum, and 4 adds razoring, shaving, and eyelash technology to the required 5 curriculum. 6 The bill removes the requirement that a school award at least 7 half credit for each course successfully completed to a barber 8 or a person enrolled in a barbering school who applies for a 9 license to practice cosmetology but leaves to the discretion of 10 the school whether full credit should be granted. 11 The bill requires the board of barbering and cosmetology 12 arts and sciences to grant an Iowa license to practice a 13 cosmetology art or science to a person who presents evidence of 14 having had an equivalent license in another state for at least 15 12 of the last 24 months. 16 The bill also directs the board of barbering and cosmetology 17 arts and sciences to adopt rules for the licensure of persons 18 who practice barbering and hairstyling. Under current law, 19 cosmetologists and barbers may both provide services that 20 include hairstyling. The bill preserves the ability of 21 cosmetologists to provide such services and instructs the board 22 to create a new license permitting barbering and hairstyling 23 licensees to provide only barbering and hairstyling services. 24 The bill also provides for the development of a process 25 for the licensure of persons who provide both hairstyling and 26 barbering services but who do not practice any of the other 27 cosmetology arts and sciences. 28 -15- LSB 6350SV (1) 88 ss/lh 15/ 15
