S.F. 152 Section 1. REPEAL. Sections 1.18 and 4.14, Code 2021, are 1 repealed. 2 EXPLANATION 3 The inclusion of this explanation does not constitute agreement with 4 the explanation’s substance by the members of the general assembly. 5 This bill repeals the Iowa English language reaffirmation 6 Act, which provides that English is the official language of 7 the state of Iowa.
