A
Medicaid
managed
care

organization
shall
accept
as
a
participating
network
provider
3
any
licensed
pharmacy
or
pharmacist
located
within
the
4
geographic
service
area
of
the
managed
care
organization
if
5
the
licensed
pharmacy
or
pharmacist
agrees
to
comply
with
the
6
terms
and
conditions
for
participation
in
the
managed
care
7
organization’s
network,
meets
and
agrees
to
the
conditions
8
for
participation
in
the
Medicaid
program
established
by
the
9
department
of
human
services,
accepts
the
prevailing
Medicaid
10
reimbursement,
and
is
subject
to
license
discipline
pursuant
to
11
section
155A.12
or
155A.15,
as
applicable.

requires
a
Medicaid
managed
care
organization

to

pharmacist
agrees
to
comply
with
the

conditions
