AN ACT
RELATING TO DISORDERLY CONDUCT BY PERSONS AT FUNERAL OR
MEMORIAL SERVICES AND MAKING PENALTIES APPLICABLE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF IOWA:
Section 1. Section 723.5, subsection 1, unnumbered
paragraph 1, Code 2015, is amended to read as follows:
A person shall not do any of the following within five
hundred one thousand feet of the building or other location
where a funeral or memorial service is being conducted, or
within five hundred one thousand feet of a funeral procession
or burial:
