The
defense
of
justification
is
not
available
to
a
person

who
is
the
subject
of
a
nonviolent
sexual
advance
who
causes

the
death
of
another
person
pursuant
to
section
707.2,
707.3,

707.4,
or
707.5,
solely
as
the
result
of
that
sexual
advance
or
6
solely
as
the
result
of
the
person’s
discovery
of,
knowledge
7
about,
or
potential
disclosure
of
the
victim’s
sex,
sexual
8
orientation,
or
gender
identity.

The
inclusion
of
this
explanation
does
not
constitute
agreement
with

the
explanation’s
substance
by
the
members

the
general
assembly.

This
bill
specifies
that
a
defense
of
justification
is
not

available
when
a
person
who
is
the
subject
of
a
nonviolent

sexual
advance
causes
the
death
of
another
person,
solely
as

a
response
to
that
sexual
advance
or
solely
as
a
result
of
the

person’s
discovery
of,
knowledge
