8.57,
subsection

amended
by
adding
the
following

fiscal
year

beginning
July
1,
2019,
and
for
each
fiscal
year
thereafter,
of

the
wagering
tax
receipts
received
pursuant
to
sections
99D.17

and
99F.11,
the
next
three
million
dollars
shall
be
deposited

in
the
renewable
fuel
infrastructure
fund
created
in
section
8
159A.16.

Sec.
2.
Section
8.57,
subsection
5,
paragraph
f,
10
subparagraph
(1),
subparagraph
division
(f),
Code
2019,
is

amended
to
read
as
follows:

(f)
For
the
fiscal
year
beginning
July
1,
2018
2019
,
and
13
for
each
fiscal
year
thereafter,
the
total
moneys
in
excess
14
of
the
moneys
deposited
under
this
paragraph
“f”
in
the
15
revenue
bonds
debt
service
fund,
the
revenue
bonds
federal
16
subsidy
holdback
fund,
the
vision
Iowa
fund,
the
water
quality
17
infrastructure
fund,
the
Iowa
skilled
worker
and
job
creation
18
fund,
the
renewable
fuel
infrastructure
fund,
and
the
general
19
fund
of
the
state
shall
be
deposited
in
the
rebuild
Iowa
20
infrastructure
fund
and
shall
be
used
as
provided
in
this
21
section
,
notwithstanding
section
8.60
.

The
inclusion
of
this
explanation
does
not
constitute
agreement
with

the
explanation’s
substance
by
the
members
of
the
general
assembly.

Each
fiscal
year
beginning
July
1,
2019,
this
bill
26
appropriates
$3
million
to
the
renewable
fuel
infrastructure
27
fund
created
in
Code
section
159A.16
from
wagering
tax
receipts
28
prior
to
the
deposit
of
those
wagering
tax
receipts
in
the
29
rebuild
Iowa
infrastructure
fund.
