1.
Section
232.2,
subsection
22,
paragraph
b,
Code

is
amended
by
adding
the
following
new
subparagraph:

SUBPARAGRAPH

(8)
Filing
a
report
with
the
court
prior

to
any
dispositional
hearing,
permanency
hearing,
or
review
4
hearing
which
shall
include
all
of
the
following:

(a)
The
nature
and
number
of
contacts
the
guardian
ad
litem
6
has
had
with
the
child
and
with
other
persons
involved
with
the
7
child’s
case
since
the
last
hearing.

(b)
Information
about
the
child’s
education,
health,
and
9
well-being.
10
(c)
The
guardian
ad
litem’s
position
on
issues
to
be
11
addressed
in
the
hearing,
including
but
not
limited
to
legal
12
custody,
placement,
visitation,
and
the
case
plan;
and
the
13
child’s
wishes
and
requests.
14
(d)
Whether
there
is
a
conflict
between
the
child’s
wishes
15
and
the
guardian
ad
litem’s
position.
16
(e)
Any
other
information
related
to
the
best
interest
of
17
the
child.
