Governor
Kim
Reynolds
has
convened
a
second

extraordinary
session
of
the
Eighty-ninth
General

Assembly
on
Thursday,
October
28,
2021;
NOW
THEREFORE,

BE
IT
RESOLVED
BY
THE
HOUSE
OF
REPRESENTATIVES,

THE
SENATE
CONCURRING,
That
pursuant
to
Joint
Rule
3,
8
the
business
of
the
second
extraordinary
session
of
9
the
2021
legislative
session
shall
be
limited
to
the
10
consideration
of
legislation
for
congressional
and
11
legislative
districts,
matters
related
to
COVID-19,
and
12
any
other
resolutions
that
either
chamber
may
adopt.
