A BILL FOR AN ACT

 

 

making an appropriation to the university of hawaii.

 

 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:

 


     SECTION 1.  There is appropriated out of the general revenues of the State of Hawaii the sum of $375,000 or so much thereof as may be necessary for fiscal year 2019-2020 and $300,000 or so much thereof as may be necessary for fiscal year 2020-2021 for two full-time equivalent positions (2.0 FTE) for the wayfinding education program – imiloa astronomy center (UOH210/MM).

     The sums appropriated shall be expended by the University of Hawaii for the purposes of this Act.

     SECTION 2.  This Act shall take effect on July 1, 2019.
