TWENTY-EIGHTH LEGISLATURE, 2015

A BILL FOR AN ACT

 

 

relating to the Hawaiian roll commission.

 

 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:

 

     SECTION 1.  Chapter 10H, Hawaii Revised Statutes, is repealed.

     SECTION 2.  Act 195, Session Laws of Hawaii 2011, is repealed.

     SECTION 3.  All appropriations, records, equipment, machines, files, supplies, contracts, books, papers, documents, maps, and other personal property heretofore made, used, acquired, or held by the native Hawaiian roll commission shall be transferred to the office of Hawaiian affairs.

     SECTION 4.  This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
