HOUSE RESOLUTION
relating to the officers of the house of representatives of the twenty-sixth legislature.
BE IT RESOLVED by the House of Representatives of the Twenty-sixth Legislature of the State of Hawaii, Regular Session of 2012, that C.J. LEONG be elected as CHIEF CLERK of the House of Representatives of the Twenty-sixth Legislature of the State of Hawaii to fill the vacancy created by the retirement of former Chief Clerk Patricia Mau-Shimizu; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except as amended by this Resolution, all appointments of the officers of the House of Representatives as set forth in H.R. No. 3 adopted by the House of Representatives of the Twenty-sixth Legislature of the State of Hawaii, Regular Session of 2011, shall remain in full force and effect.
