HOUSE CONCURRENT
RESOLUTION
RELATING TO RECESS DAYS FOR THE REGULAR SESSION OF 2021.
BE IT RESOLVED by the House of Representatives of the Thirty-first Legislature of the State of Hawaii, Regular Session of 2021, the Senate concurring, that pursuant to Article III, section 10, of the Hawaii State Constitution, the dates of the mandatory recess for the Regular Session of 2021 are hereby determined to be the 25th and 26th days of February and 1st, 2nd, and 3rd days of March, on which dates the Regular Session of 2021 shall be recessed; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Article III, section 10, of the Hawaii State Constitution, the dates of the recesses other than the dates of the mandatory recess for the Regular Session of 2021 are hereby determined to be the 26th and 28th days of January, the 8th and 10th days of March, and the 12th, 14th, 21st, 26th, and 28th days of April, on which dates the Regular Session of 2021 shall be recessed.
