A BILL FOR AN ACT
RELATING TO the honolulu international airport.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Sections 5-7.7, 102-11, 261-7, 261-15.5, and 261-23 are amended by substituting the words "Daniel K. Inouye - Honolulu International Airport" wherever the words "Honolulu International Airport" appear, as the context requires.
SECTION 2. Heads of all state agencies, including the directors of transportation and business, economic development, and tourism shall take all necessary steps to implement the name change made pursuant to section 1, including amending any signage, marketing materials, or other literature in a timely and practicable manner.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
