A BILL FOR AN ACT
relating to cesspools.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Act 132, Session Laws of Hawaii 2018, is amended by adding a new section to read as follows:
"SECTION 6. Moneys appropriated pursuant to sections 4 and 5 of this Act shall not lapse at the end of the fiscal year for which the moneys have been appropriated; provided that any moneys appropriated pursuant to sections 4 and 5 of this Act that are unencumbered as of June 30, 2020, shall lapse on that date."
SECTION 2. Act 132, Session Laws of Hawaii 2018, is amended by amending section 6 to read as follows:
"SECTION
[6.] 7. This Act shall
take effect on July 1, 2018."
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect on June 29, 2019.
