A BILL FOR AN ACT
relating to SOIL CONTROL.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Chapter 180C, Hawaii Revised Statutes, is amended by adding a new section to be appropriately designated and to read as follows:
"§180C- Presentation of conservation plan to affected communities. Any person who initiates a land disturbing activity shall present a conservation plan for the activity to any affected neighborhood board or equivalent body prior to initiating the activity."
SECTION 2. New statutory material is underscored.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
