A BILL FOR AN ACT
RELATING TO TAX CONFORMITY.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. The State shall conform to those provisions of the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021, Public Law 116-260, relating to taxable income and deductible expenses.
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect on January 1, 2050.
