Summary

Allows social clubs granted federal tax-exempt status to sell wine from the social club's inventory to club members for off-premises consumption. Waives certain requirements for the issuance of class 10 special licenses. Enables class 10 special licensees to auction off liquor in sealed or covered containers or services that provide liquor. (CD1)
