Summary

Improves the regulation of occupational therapists and occupational therapy assistants by establishing an occupational therapy program and licensing requirements for occupational therapists and occupational therapy assistants. Makes an appropriation out of the compliance resolution fund to implement an occupational therapy licensure program. (CD1)
