Summary
No later than January 1, 2025, requires the Department of Accounting and General Services to install and maintain automated external defibrillators in all state buildings. Requires the Department of Accounting and General Services to provide trainings on the use of automated external defibrillators for certain state employees and security staff. Declares that the general fund expenditure ceiling is exceeded. Makes appropriations. Takes effect 7/1/2112. (SD1)
