Summary
Applies limits on liability under chapter 520, Hawaii Revised Statutes, to government-owned land. Exempts public agencies and employees from liability for injury or damage sustained on government land in the course of mountain climbing, rock climbing, rappelling, or bouldering. (HB625 HD1)
