Summary

Establishes in the department of the attorney general a program for issuance of firearm qualification certifications to qualified law enforcement officers pursuant to the federal Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act of 2004 (Public Law 108-277), as codified at title 18 United States Code section 926C. (HD1)
