Summary

Establishes a 3-year homeless employment grant program that provides homeless individuals with work opportunities and connects them with service providers. Requires the DHS to submit a report on the progress of the grant program. Requires DHS to submit a report on the progress of homelessness programs. Appropriates funds. Effective 12/31/2059. (HD1)
